5th & Brazos is a distinguished mixed-use tower in downtown Austin, thoughtfully designed to integrate outdoor amenities within the urban landscape. Featuring interlocking massing, integrated balconies, and multiple landscaped roof decks, the development offers a seamless blend of functionality and aesthetics.
