It was great to witness Jessica Brown, Rita Powers, and Meredith Katz discuss the collaboration between Sterling Bay and Greenberg Traurig in bringing the global law firm’s new office at 360 N Green to life. A key takeaway from the NAIOP Chicago event was the impact hospitality-driven workspaces have in attracting world-class talent - a concept we are passionate about.

Exciting news for Colorado’s Front Range! Sterling Bay’s 2.5 million square foot Redtail Ridge development in Louisville just secured $88M in infrastructure bond financing, revitalizing a site that’s been vacant for over 20 years. This isn’t just a step forward—it’s a leap toward establishing the largest purpose-built life science campus in Colorado. With groundbreaking starting within the next 30 days, the first buildings are set to rise in Q4 2025. Redtail Ridge will feature cutting-edge research and development lab space, drug manufacturing facilities, and offices and advanced manufacturing and industrial buildings tailored for the region’s growing aerospace and technology industries. This mixed-use community will drive innovation, create jobs, and fuel economic growth for years to come. The Sterling Bay and Stream Realty Partners teams recently hosted over a dozen economic development leaders for a tour of 1050 Brickworks in West Midtown. It was incredibly rewarding to showcase the finished product to this outstanding group—especially since their last visit involved hard hats and shovels. Milestone reached! Redtail Ridge has secured bond financing, and we’re gearing up to break ground on phase one’s infrastructure this year. The 2.15M SF mega campus will add to Boulder County’s landscape and bring new life sciences, R&D, bio-manufacturing, industrial, office, and retail spaces, along with 139+ acres of public parks and trails.
