Exciting news for Colorado’s Front Range! Sterling Bay’s 2.5 million square foot Redtail Ridge development in Louisville just secured $88M in infrastructure bond financing, revitalizing a site that’s been vacant for over 20 years. This isn’t just a step forward—it’s a leap toward establishing the largest purpose-built life science campus in Colorado. With groundbreaking starting within the next 30 days, the first buildings are set to rise in Q4 2025. Redtail Ridge will feature cutting-edge research and development lab space, drug manufacturing facilities, and offices and advanced manufacturing and industrial buildings tailored for the region’s growing aerospace and technology industries. This mixed-use community will drive innovation, create jobs, and fuel economic growth for years to come.
