Company, Inc. and Petrucci Residential are excited to share that the buildings at 21-37 N. York Rd. have served a vital purpose as a training ground for our local first responders before their demolition. The Enterprise Fire Company of Hatboro, alongside fire crews from Ivyland and Huntingdon Valley, took advantage of this unique opportunity to conduct scenario-based training exercises. These exercises allow firefighters to practice essential skills such as fire suppression, search and rescue, and roof cutting in a realistic environment. This collaborative effort not only enhances the training of our brave first responders but also strengthens the safety and preparedness of our community. We extend our gratitude to the fire companies, our Director of Maintenance, Levi Lehr, and everyone involved in making this initiative a success! On this Veterans Day, we salute all those who have served and who are currently serving our country. At Petrucci Residential, we take great pride in recognizing the bravery and sacrifices of the men and women who have dedicated their lives to protecting our freedoms. This year, we participated in Operation Homefront’s charity softball event, a cause that aligns with our commitment to Veterans and their families. Throughout our Petrucci portfolio, we host an annual Veterans Day Brunch to express our gratitude. We are also honored to support Jefferson Moss Rehabilitation Research Institute at The Station at Willow Grove, whose efforts support Veterans on a daily basis.

We did our research and called in “Eli’s Honeybees”, a professional hive-management company. Eli was able to locate the hive, safely remove the nest and the honeycomb! Special thanks to Eli for also giving us the delicious Honey! 😋
