The facility, located in Logan Township, NJ, spans over 1,000,000 SF and is part of a larger 190-acre speculative project. Designed for efficiency and scalability, the building features 40’ clear heights, ample parking, and premier connectivity to major Northeast markets. Since completing the base building, we have delivered a full tenant fit-out for Burlington Stores, Inc., transforming the space into a high-performance distribution center. The improvements included a 350,000 SF mezzanine, 45,000 SF of office space, and 22+ miles of automated storage systems to maximize efficiency.
