🚧 Breaking Ground for Downtown Orland Park! 🚧 Today, the Village of Orland Park, Illinois and Edwards Realty Company celebrated the start of a transformative 140,000+ SF mixed-use development! This exciting project will introduce new retail, dining, office space, and entertainment, all centered around a vibrant town square with expanded green space. We’re excited to be part of this incredible project and can’t wait to see it come to life!

🍀 The Engineering Behind the Chicago River’s Green Transformation With St. Patrick’s Day approaching, Chicago is gearing up for its annual tradition of turning the river green. But have you ever thought about the engineering behind this transformation? The process uses biodegradable, non-toxic dye, carefully introduced by engineers and navigational experts. Hydrology ensures the dye disperses evenly, creating the well-known emerald color. This tradition highlights the importance of precise planning and environmental considerations in urban waterways, ensuring both a vibrant celebration and responsible water management!

The first phase of the project will focus on repairing the dock wall between the site and the Milwaukee River over the next 10 weeks.. The building opening is on track for Q2 2027. 🏓 Last week, we took a break from the office and hit the courts to participate in The Burke Group's biannual Pickleball Tournament—a favorite event in our Wellness Program!
