A little rain and mud didn't dampen the excitement at the ground-breaking ceremony held at the future site of Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System Montgomeryville. Alvin H. Butz, Inc. and our partners of the CORE IPD team constructing the 4-story, 162,000 SF facility were in attendance as Penn Medicine dignitaries lifted the symbolic first shovels of earth. The kick-off of this important project, which prioritizes sustainability and patient experience, will expand access to advanced health care in Philadelphia’s northern suburbs and beyond. Work has already begun on-site, with the building and garage foundations expected to start soon. Stay tuned for more updates as we work towards bringing this vision to life! #TheGoldStandard
