The ladies of State College had an amazing #WICWeek25 event that featured a tour of the PSU Nursing Sciences jobsite, lunch, and round table discussion. The team had the unique opportunity to visit the Nursing department's active SIM labs, where they saw their mannequins in action. A special highlight was Dr. Yuqing Hu's presentation on her research about broadening workforce participation. Her insight into hiring and retaining employees in the construction industry was fascinating! #TheGoldStandard
