⭐ Access Platforms Aberdeen has joined the network of providers to deliver Connected Competence tests for Rigging (TML03) and Appointed Person for Rigging (TAP01) ⭐ The new Aberdeen-based provider will also be part of the voucher scheme for temporary workers which covers the cost of these tests. Workers can either access a voucher code from the employers signed up to Connected Competence or via the approved providers who can provide the vouchers and book in the tests. On successful completion of the technical tests, workers are awarded a test certificate and a digital badge. The digital badge is owned by the worker and moves with them ensuring their technical competence is recognised by other employers as they move across sites. 30 clients and contractors have now signed up to Connected Competence to assure an ongoing base level of technical competence for workers across the engineering construction industry and create a safer, more competent and transferable workforce. This includes:Aker Solutions, Bilfinger UK, Boskalis, nexos, Petrofac, Ponticelli UK, Semco Maritime, Stork UK, Wood, Worley. Apache Corporation, bp, Centrica Energy Storage +, CNOOC International, Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL), Dana Petroleum, ENI, EnQuest, Equinor, Harbour Energy, INEOS Energy, Neo Energy, Neptune Energy, Repsol, RockRose Energy, Serica Energy plc, Shell, Spirit Energy, TAQA Group and TotalEnergies.
