Innovation Day 2025 kicked off at Subsea7 Norway in Stavanger this morning, led by Vice President Erik Femsteinevik. In his keynote, Erik highlighted how innovation, collaboration, and technology are key to unlocking the value on the Norwegian Continental Shelf. He emphasized that by working close together with clients and partners, we can push the boundaries of what’s possible in subsea development, even for the most marginal discoveries. His message was clear: Innovation is not just about technology — it’s about people, collaboration, and the courage to challenge conventional thinking. We look forward to insightful presentations and discussions on subsea technology, tie-backs, field development, carbon capture, floating offshore wind, and more, throughout the day. A big thank you to our partners and clients who are spending the day here at Subsea7 Norway’s main office in Stavanger. #InnovationDays #MakePossible

Congratulations to our colleagues at Xodus on this strategic acquisition, adding further expertise to their work on the energy system advances needed to meet the supply and demand needs of the energy transition in North America. Read more at: https://lnkd.in/eshjisZs
Today we can announce the acquisition of Daymark Energy Advisors. This is another milestone for Xodus as we expand our power networks capabilities to support energy transition projects across the globe, further enabling our integrated capability. The transmission and distribution (T&D) of electricity is critical to the success of energy transition projects. As global electrification drives the need for significant grid upgrades, the addition of Daymark’s expertise enables Xodus to now offer truly integrated solutions - from generation to demand. This acquisition strengthens our advisory and engineering services in key areas, including battery storage, onshore wind & solar, sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) and hydrogen & CCUS. Steve Swindell, our CEO said: “Our involvement in energy transition projects has grown considerably, with many developments either delivering electrons to the grid or drawing upon power from the grid / local power source in the production of hydrogen or the storage of carbon. Daymark brings deep knowledge and an integrated view of energy infrastructure, regulation, and markets to help clients succeed in the face of uncertainty and transformative change.” https://lnkd.in/eshjisZs
