  • We often say: “We’re Compass Group Canada, but you might know us by a different name.” Chances are, we’ve crossed paths a few times— 💡 Grabbing a bite at a university or hospital cafeteria, 💡 Returning reusable cups during halftime at the stadium or, 💡 Waving to the cleaners in your grandparents’ senior living community. If you don't already know us, here’s a glimpse of who we are and how we create meaningful moments every day—driven by the passion of our people who not only #LoveWhatWeDo but power everything we do.

  • From Kitchen to Camera... 🎥✨ Did you catch it?! Chef Kory Dipucchio, Global Ambassador for Stop Food Waste Day, hit the CHCH TV Morning Show and absolutely served—in every sense of the word! Watch the whole segment here: https://lnkd.in/dEEA6tng This isn’t the last you’ll see of Kory... Stay tuned! 👨🍳

  • We’re celebrating a smashing success! 🌎 Earlier this year, we rolled out Too Good To Go in 50 Tim Hortons locations across Chartwells Canada schools from coast to coast - and the results are in from launch through to April 11! Together, we’ve made big, sustainable moves that show this is only the beginning. Let’s keep the momentum going - waste less, save more, and keep the planet smiling this Earth Month and beyond! ♻️

  • As many of our schools are heading into the final months of the year, we’re celebrating our associates who make every semester unforgettable, every meal a masterpiece, and every team stronger than before. ✨ With 35 years on the line (literally), our Sous Chef Tony is not just running a kitchen—he’s fueling an experience for students every day! Recognized as one of our 2024 Top Associates, he’s a safety-first leader, and the kind of team player who turns good into GREAT. We call him a difference-maker! When you mix passion with precision, you don’t just feed a campus—you power your business. Chartwells Canada

  • The CEO Breakfast Series continues, making two stops in Alberta! Last week, we brought together frontline and executive leaders in Calgary and Edmonton to celebrate our successes, address challenges, and ensure we’re always evolving to be the best we can be. First, we sat down in Calgary at Shell Headquarters, our top ESFM account last year! Our Eurest team also operates in the same building, offering delicious meals and catering to fuel the whole building! Talk about a power pair! In Edmonton, we had the honour of gathering at the iconic Oilers Hall of Fame 🏒— where our Levy team serves up mouthwatering meals, all while soaking in the electrifying energy of some of hockey’s greatest moments! ⚡ These breakfasts are more than a meal—they’re a movement! Each one is a powerful opportunity to listen, learn, and build a stronger business. Only two stops left on our 2025 CEO Breakfast tour!

In 2024, Compass Group Canada successfully launched its Second Harvest programme in their Healthcare sector, Compass One Healthcare. As Canada’s largest food rescue organisation, Second Harvest works with likeminded partners to reduce food waste and provide nutritious meals to those in need. Compass Canada continues to make a real impact. Since its launch in early 2024, our teams have: ✅ Donated over 36,000 meals to local non-profit organisations 🥗 ✅ Rescued almost $150,000 worth of food 💰 ✅ Diverted more than 100,000 kg of GHG emissions 🌍 The initiative shows the power of innovation, collaboration, and community engagement in tackling food waste. #StopFoodWasteDay #FoodDonation
