This March, Compass Digital and Compass Technology proudly celebrate Women's History Month with Compass Group USA's theme "Moving Forward Together! Educating and Inspiring Generations." Our #WomenInTechnology (WIT) group was formed in 2023 by various women at Compass Digital and Technology. This program provides avenues for growth through mentorship, community, volunteering, education, and recruitment. Over the past couple of years, this program has made significant strides and positively impacted our communities, all while bringing associates working in #tech together. Our WIT group looks forward to continuing partnerships with non-profit organizations, schools, and women-led businesses to educate, inspire, and uplift the next generation. 🚀 #WomensHistoryMonth #CompassGroupWHM

UNC Charlotte School of Data Science recently held a Women in Data Science (WiDS) conference in Charlotte, NC, and our very own Amy Massa and Margaux Sophie von Büren took center stage as panelists in a breakout session on the topic of Bridging the Gap: Leveraging Data Science and AI to Empower Suppliers and Drive Growth in Food Service Management. Our associates did a fantastic job leading such an informative and engaging session! We also love seeing our colleagues support each other during conferences like this. The 2025 #Prodigy Program kicked off a few weeks ago, and students from WEST MECKLENBURG HIGH SCHOOL have been busy learning about various technologies! In partnership with Digital Page, we immerse students in various fields of #technology over eight weeks, with a special focus on project-based learning, team collaboration, and practical skill development. From learning about User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) to solving how to build wireframes, these students have made exciting developments and progress during this after-school program.
