What a way to end the week! Congrats to all the team at Herd MSL for taking home the Best B2C Campaign at Mumbrella's CommsCon Awards last night for Airbnb 'Tiny Towns' - an important campaign that has helped drive social and economic benefits for some of Australia's small but mighty towns. Also, celebrations are in order for Saatchi & Saatchi NZ, after taking home a staggering 14 awards at The Commercial Communications Council's AXIS Awards for their work with Toyota, PepperStone, Lexus, Chorus, Westpac and The Coastal Trail. A huge well done to all our teams and wonderful clients on their achievements. #ProudToBePublicis
So awesome that the spotlight keeps shining on the amazing tiny communities that dot our country. We loved partnering with Airbnb to bring the ‘Airbnb – Tiny Towns’ campaign to life and are super pumped that last night the campaign was recognised by the Mumbrella CommsCon judging panel as the Best B2C campaign! Tiny Towns was all about spotlighting small towns with big personalities, the hidden gems you need to add to your weekend escape wishlist. Just take a moment, close your eyes, and picture the serene seaside charm of Scamander in Tasmania, where the skyline is gracefully dotted with pelicans gliding above, or imagine taking a stroll through the outback town of Monto in Queensland, where vibrant public art transforms the streets into a colorful canvas of creativity. These towns, and so many others included in the Airbnb Tiny Towns Guide give your reason to venture off the beaten path and discover their unique magic. We are proud to help promote tourism dispersal and help drive social and economic benefit to these beautiful towns. Sophie Onikul Ian Paterson Airbnb Madeleine Wilson

It was a pleasure to host Ad Net Zero Australia's event, 'Ads for Action: How the power of advertising can mobilise action on sustainability', yesterday at our Sydney office as part of Sydney Climate Action Week. Summed up perfectly below! Thank you to all the excellent speakers for a morning of inspiration. #ClimateActionWeekSydney
Ad Net Zero Australia were proud to be part of Climate Action Week Sydney 2025 yesterday, with a session exploring the impact advertising can play in mobilising action for all. Some key takeaways from the presenters and panel: - James Greet from The Payback Project Ltd showed how Australia ranks 2nd globally for CO2 emissions vs ad spend, per capita. Not a podium place to be proud of. He highlighted how a paradigm shift is needed in advertising, with every campaign an opportunity to normalise sustainable lifestyles, products and attitudes. - Kate Young from Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia shared how the broadcaster has approached its sustainability journey, from operational footprint through to sustainable ad products and messaging. She talked to the power of a few passionate people to bring about business-level change. - Tom Donald from Lion highlighted the need for data to show the business impact of sustainability, to engage C-suite stakeholders for the long term. - Karen Dunnicliff from Salterbaxter encouraged organisations to move on from a position of fear of greenwashing, by being informed about the legislation and ensuring their message is supported by authentic action. Thanks to everyone who came along, and in particular to Publicis Groupe ANZ for hosting.
