  • That’s a wrap on two incredible days at CONNECT Virtual Care 2025! 🎉 We loved connecting with leaders across telehealth, virtual care, and medication safety at the National Telehealth & Virtual Care Conference and the Medication Safety & Efficiency Conference. From insightful conversations at our booth to thought-provoking panel discussions, it was inspiring to see the future of digital healthcare taking shape. A huge shoutout to our speakers: 🩺 Dr Matthew Vickers for tackling the urgent need for uniform safety and quality standards in telehealth. 💊 Daisy Lu for sharing her expertise on dispensing errors, digital governance, and the future of medication safety. As Eucalyptus continues to push for higher standards in telehealth and digital health, events like these reinforce the importance of collaboration across the industry.

Who else did we have the pleasure of meeting at GIANT Health #GIANT2024? It was great to connect with Amanda Cowan from Eucalyptus. Juniper's digital weight loss programme provides prescription #medication (GIP/GLP-1) + multidisciplinary support services with a focus on strength & muscle retention to patients who are #obese or overweight, often with a weight-related comorbidity. Juniper is recommended by NICE to provide weight management services to the #NHS, and can support #ICBs and NHS Trusts with delivery of tier 3 weight management services within their regions. Amanda took a moment to pose at our GIANT Health photowall, celebrating the vital role in shaping the future of healthcare. 📸✨ Thank you, Amanda, for being part of the GIANT Health community—we appreciate your commitment to driving standards and innovation in the industry! 🎟️ Early bird tickets for GIANT Health Event #GIANT2025 are now available! In this episode of Talking HealthTech, host Peter Birch speaks with Lyndon Goddard and Dr Matthew Vickers from Eucalyptus about the evolution of the telehealth landscape in Australia over the past 12 months and the importance of regulatory standards in telehealth. This episode was recorded in the Eucalyptus studio. Key Takeaways: ✅ Evolution of Telehealth: The transition from asynchronous to synchronous telehealth models in response to new medical board guidelines has been a significant change, with positive feedback from practitioners and patients. 📈 Market Dynamics: The past year has seen a surge in telehealth clinics, especially those offering instant medical certificates and medical cannabis consultations. Regulatory scrutiny is increasing in these areas to ensure safety and compliance. 🤖 AI in Telehealth: AI is gradually integrating into telehealth services, particularly clinical decision support and automation within digital health workflows. ⚖️ Call for Regulation: There is a strong need for standardised accreditation frameworks specifically tailored for telehealth services in Australia to ensure minimum safety and quality standards are met. 🌍 International Comparisons: The UK’s approach to telehealth regulation, which includes multiple layers of oversight, offers valuable insights for potential frameworks in Australia. #Telehealth #DigitalHealth #HealthTech

    Strategy & Product @ Eucalyptus

Curious minds create the future. This weekend I helped kick off Australia’s largest med tech hackathon by sharing my perspective on AI in healthcare and providing insight into Eucalyptus’s product strategy. Mentoring a buzzing hall of 200+ individuals across 70+ teams over the last two days proved to me once again that this is the most exciting time to be working in health. My no regrets career advice right now is to do everything you can to land a seat at a company with 1. a product distribution advantage 2. a healthy core business to enable rapid investment and 3. a leadership team that understands that the future is now and roadmapping must prioritise the development of net new (not incremental) user experiences. 👀 Eucs careers page linked for convenience -> https://lnkd.in/gKREWPba Epic work MLAI and MYMI (Monash Young MedTech Innovators).

  • We’re thrilled to have kicked off Juniper’s first Bike n Blend activation at Woolies Group HQ 🚴♂️ Over the course of just two hours, we showcased our new range of Juniper Strength + Recovery gummies, handing out thousands of samples and blending hundreds of Strawberry and Blueberry Protein Shakes to their team. Thank you to Woolworths Group for your support in making this activation a success 💚

What an incredible day! Our Global Cycle Opener — streamed to our international teams from the Sydney Botanical Gardens — provided the perfect setting to align and energise for the year ahead 🙌 We kicked off with powerful keynotes from Tim Doyle and Simon Baume, followed by an insightful conversation with special guest Cliff Obrecht, Co-Founder and COO of Canva. 🔥 Their perspectives set the stage for the exciting challenges and opportunities 2025 will bring. The afternoon concluded with some well-deserved downtime: food, drinks, lawn games, and a chance to connect with the team, all while soaking in those good vibes🍻🎶 We're looking forward to an ambitious year ahead at Euc 🚀

It’s been a day filled with insightful sessions, reflections, and in-depth discussions as our 2025 LevelUp cohort focused on identifying key growth areas to become stronger leaders 💡 A highlight was an inspiring keynote by Michele Chevalley Hedge on how integrating strong health & wellness practices can elevate leadership capabilities. 🌱💪 And a special shout out to our Head of Finance Karina Fowler who left us with many valuable takeaways – including this gem: “You can't expect excellence if you aren't embodying it.” The journey doesn’t end here – over the next few months, this group will continue to grow through mentorship, book clubs, and hands-on learning. 💚
