We're proud to support Baby2Baby and their mission to provide children across the country with diapers, clothing and all the basic necessities that every child deserves. This year, Newton's donation of 500 play yards provided babies and children they serve with a safe space to sleep, including families impacted by Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

Today, Giving Tuesday, remember the child who saved stranded starfish by tossing them back into the ocean, one at a time. YOU can turn the tide against child abuse, saving one child at a time with a donation. Parents, caregivers, teachers, and youth-serving professionals are the first line of defense in preventing child abuse, and your gift, no matter the size, provides critical education. In fact, your donation can train an entire school for as little as $500. Today, YOU can protect children, families and communities. 🎉 Exciting Announcement! 🎉 On Wednesday, June 12th, we at Life Ed Qld will be hosting our first-ever Giving Day: Hand Up, Stand Up for Qld Kids! For 24 hours, every donation will be MATCHED thanks to our generous partners. This is a unique opportunity to double your impact and help us reach even more children across Queensland. Why is this so crucial? Every year, the Department of Child Safety receives over 30,000 notifications of child abuse and neglect. Many children are unsafe in their own homes, and the true scale of this issue is even larger. Our Safe Kids, Safe Bodies program empowers children with the knowledge to protect themselves and recognise abuse. On Giving Day, every $30 raised will fund this essential program for one child in a disadvantaged community. Here's how you can make a difference: 1. SAVE the date: Wednesday, June 12th. Remember, your donation will be matched for 24 hours only. 2. WATCH this video: Understand why your support is critical on this day. 3. SHARE this post: Please help us spread the word to others who are passionate about protecting children. Let's come together to ensure every child feels safe and supported. Your participation can transform lives, offering hope and a brighter furture to those who need it most!! 🔗 https://lnkd.in/guqah2Re Join us in making a real difference for Qld kids!

In 2024, your actions proved this truth. Together, we helped locate nearly 200 missing kids! This incredible achievement is a testament to what’s possible when a community shows up for its most vulnerable children. Every small step, every share, every donation, every conversation—it all adds up to ripples of hope and safety for the communities we serve. You’ve shown that protecting kids isn’t just a mission; it’s a movement. As we step into 2025, let’s keep going. Because together, we're making a difference in lives of children across America. https://hubs.li/Q032wGcC0

Not only do Utilities give us life necessities in the form of power, but they also have missions and goals around impacting their communities. I work with Utilities across the USA and nearly every conversation involves community impact or community outreach. The local community is the customer and the customer is the priority. I applaud this Industry and those in it for keeping the customer top of mind. Duke Energy Corporation #utilitiesgiveback #communityimpact #giveback #powerthefuture #utilityjobs

Even after fleeing war & torture, child survivors in the UK face hostility and struggle to access basic needs - like having a safe & stable home. We believe all children deserve to grow up feeling safe. That’s why our teams work tirelessly to provide the support they need to thrive. But we can’t support children without more funds. If you believe that children impacted by torture should have the chance to live for the future, give whatever you can and have your donation doubled - until Tuedsay only. fftdonate.org/big-give-li

It’s an unfortunate reality that domestic abuse happens within our country. It’s even more sad to realize that it happens so often that there are large nonprofits that take care of family members in these situations. Safe Harbor in Greenville “provides pathways for people impacted by domestic abuse to survive and thrive, and raises awareness of domestic abuse through community engagement and education.” Their services include a 24 hour hotline, emergency shelters, transitional housing, counseling, case management, and much more. There are quite a few ways you can get involved. You can donate in terms of money but you can also donate standard living items like kitchen or household goods, diapers and clothing for children, school supplies, and other needs. You can also volunteer to help carry out the vision of Safe Harbor. Consider helping families be free from the constraints of abuse. #greenville #volunteer #nonprofit

Congrats 1up Counseling Services on your inaugural year!
2024 Wrap-up! In our inaugural year, 1up Counseling Services proudly delivered 188 counseling sessions to nearly 20 clients, with 85% of those sessions occurring in the last six months – we are growing! As a start-up, our financial gains were modest, but we remained committed to our mission. We donated over 10% of our earnings to charitable organizations that support individuals with intellectual and developmental differences (IDD) and families in need. A heartfelt thank you to all our friends, family members, and everyone we collaborated with this year. We are excited to see what 2025 has in store for us!
