2024 Wrap-up! In our inaugural year, 1up Counseling Services proudly delivered 188 counseling sessions to nearly 20 clients, with 85% of those sessions occurring in the last six months – we are growing! As a start-up, our financial gains were modest, but we remained committed to our mission. We donated over 10% of our earnings to charitable organizations that support individuals with intellectual and developmental differences (IDD) and families in need. A heartfelt thank you to all our friends, family members, and everyone we collaborated with this year. We are excited to see what 2025 has in store for us!

Holy Cow!! What a great time celebrating with The Arc of Bradford County on Saturday!! This is Lucy, the star of Cow Patty Bingo, a distinct feature of their annual Fall Festival. Although the storm changed a few things for the community, it was nice to see community partners and vendors onsite and make new local connections. These crisis hotlines address a variety of issues, but are available for anyone in need or experiencing a crisis. You can call any time of day, 7 days a week. April is Month of the Military Child! As a practice based out of Northeast Florida, we know that the military is a large part of our community. The Department of Defense estimates more than 1.6 million military children face challenges and unique experiences as a result of their parents' military service. If you or someone you know has a military child that is facing difficulties, there are plenty of resources out there! You can always reach out to your local Fleet and Family Support Center (Navy), Marine and Family Services (Marines), Military and Family Readiness Centers (Air Force), or Army Community Service Centers (Army).
