About This Role
The Internal Communications Lead provides communication support and direction for strategic initiatives and operational topics. This position supports and maintains XXXX's global standards and develops editorial and video content for intranet, publications newsletters, e-boards, presentations and other internal communication channels. This role works closely with members of the XXXX Communications Team and supports communications for both locations.
What You’ll Do
Develops, directs and executes internal communications plan for the X sites to ensure they are aligned with global narrative, its’ people-focused achievements, People Strategy, company culture/values and other topics to support the company as a great place to work.
Prepares content, executes, and facilitates internal communications, such as Town Halls, internal newsletters, video briefs and scripts, and all related messaging; in addition, engages with employees and leaders across the business to determine the appropriate audience, timing, channels, and verbiage for outgoing messages.
That's a basic job posting, one that I had 99% experience in. This would be on-site.
