Role

The Manager of Finance & Accounting, reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Accounting, will oversee all accounting and reporting functions for the Company's Corporate segment. Key responsibilities include managing the quarterly accounting close, supporting reconciliations, preparing accounting disclosures, corporate consolidations, and handling quarterly and year-end reporting. Additionally, the role involves assisting with investment accounting, cash and expense management, and financial planning activities as needed. This is more of a GAAP focused role with a remit around this and IPO readiness activities. The compensation is fairly open but should land in the $165,000 - $180,000 all in range depending on experience. Appropriate role for you if you'd like to build a skill set around IPO readiness; want a strong development/mentorship environment, and want to work remotely.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA
• Experience managing financial close processes and procedures
• Experience preparing US GAAP and SEC compliant financial statements and footnotes
• Public Accounting/Big 4 experience
• Experience preparing US Statutory financial statements and footnotes helpful but not required
• Experience with Clearwater investment management system helpful but not required
