Mexico City, Mexico   How long have you been with Swoon? 4 years!   What does your day-to-day look like? “For the past 13 years, I have partnered with a key customer, providing top talent to help grow their business and drive success in their most challenging initiatives. My focus is on building strong, strategic relationships and delivering the right people to make an impact.”   What’s a piece of advice you always give to hiring managers? “Weekly check-ins during the interview process are key to staying aligned and ensuring you’re moving forward efficiently. It helps address any concerns or roadblocks quickly, keeps candidates engaged, and prevents any surprises down the line. This consistent communication helps build momentum and trust on both sides.   Two truths and a lie (can you guess which is the lie?): “I once interviewed a candidate while boarding a flight, I grew up in the Bay Area and can rap every word to an E-40 song, and I’ve never had a hiring manager change their mind last minute.”
