Last week the Unified community came together to connect and collaborate at our annual summit – Elevate 2025! Gathering in sunny Orlando, several hundred colleagues from across our enterprise heard from insightful physician and expert panels and renowned keynote speakers, took part in lively discussions and state-of-the-art clinical trainings, and enjoyed networking and joyful celebrations. All the hot topics made an appearance – AI in healthcare, effective advocacy for private practice, modern leadership, the power of innovation to drive outcomes, and how our affiliated practices can provide whole-person care and continue meeting women where they are in the years ahead. Thank you to Unified CEO David Young, new Chief Medical Officer Elizabeth Cherot, Board Chair Paul Kusserow, and ObGyn President Harriet Booker for sharing your deep industry knowledge and strategic vision. We’d also like to thank all our event sponsors and exhibitors for their participation and support, along with everyone who was able to travel and join us in person this year. Our teams left feeling renewed, inspired and ready to lead women’s healthcare into the future - together.

🎉 Four years and counting! 🎉 Unified Women’s Healthcare is officially Great Place To Work-Certified™ for the 4th year in a row! This recognition is based entirely on what our team members say about their experience—and we’re incredibly proud that they continue to feel supported, valued, and inspired. This year, 77% of our employees said Unified is a great place to work—20 points higher than the average U.S. workplace. We also lead the 100 Best Workplaces in the U.S. on statements like “My work has special meaning—this is not just a job” and “When I look at what we accomplish, I feel a sense of pride.” These results reinforce our profound commitment to women’s health and our mission. Our top-scoring dimension? A culture where all employees feel they are treated fairly, regardless of their differences. That’s what being a Great Place To Work is all about. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible team—you make Unified what it is! 💙 Want to be part of something great? We are so proud of our women’s health operations experts. Sondra Moss, AVP of Credentialing & Enrollment, is part of the skilled team that made delegated credentialing a reality for our affiliated practices. Now, across multiple regions, Unified executes the credentials verification and provider vetting processes, rather than payors. What this means: The timeline to billing for services is dramatically reduced! New affiliated physicians and advanced practitioners are able to begin practicing sooner – increasing both provider and patient satisfaction.

Don't forget to #GoRedforWomen! February is #HeartMonth and tomorrow is National #WearRedDay. 👗 Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in the U.S., but less than half are aware of their risk. Most cardiovascular diseases can still be prevented. Unified's vision is that all women will have the best healthcare experience in the world - including access to preventative care, treatment, and education. We encourage women across our network to discuss their risk factors with a clinician. To learn more about heart disease visit: https://lnkd.in/ers5jsD

Congratulations to Unified affiliate Women's Health Connecticut! This achievement demonstrates WHC's collective commitment to improving healthcare for women, and the skill WHC clinicians, business partners and staff bring to their work each day.
Our main vision has always been to create a high-performing quality practice that would improve health care for our patients. While we strive to carry on this mission and reach new heights, the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) has, for the second year in a row, again recognized Women's Health Connecticut for superior performance. We are so grateful to our talented staff who work to continuously improve our operations and productivity. We share this incredible honor with them and thank our patients for entrusting us with their care.
