This Women’s History Month, we want to honor three women who have revolutionized not only the conversation around menopause but also what it looks like and how we treat it—this is the kind of work that makes a lasting impact on all of us. Jill Angelo is a true trailblazer. When Jill founded Gennev, the first virtual menopause clinic, she saw an urgent need for personalized, accessible care during this pivotal life stage. Gennev’s telehealth platform connects women with OB/GYNs, Dietitians, and Health Coaches. With tailored treatment plans that empower women to take charge of their health, her vision enabled women to thrive through menopause, for the first time. In 2022, she sold Gennev to Unified Women’s Healthcare, expanding her impact and ensuring women across the country have access to the care they deserve. Anne Fulenwider and Monica Molenaar, co-founders of Alloy Women's Health, are reimagining menopause care with a focus on accessibility and empowerment. Alloy’s platform connects women to menopause-trained doctors through affordable telehealth consultations, providing evidence-based solutions and a supportive community. Their work is also global—partnering with women in Mumbai through Tiny Miracles (B Corp) to help break the cycle of poverty while supporting women through menopause. Anne and Monica have not only changed how we think about menopause but how we can all support one another through life’s transitions. These women are leading with innovation, compassion, and a belief that every woman deserves to be seen and supported. When we focus on women’s health, we’re making a difference for everyone—and that’s the kind of change that shapes the future.
