We couldn’t be prouder of Unifi’s PLN team who went above and beyond last week when an unprecedented ice storm hit northern Michigan, leaving thousands without power. Along with the American Red Cross, The Manna Food Project and other community members, the PLN team transformed the airport terminal into a warming station and worked round-the-clock to provide much-needed food, water and supplies to those impacted. I want to take a moment to congratulate Vicki Strobel, CEO of Prospect Airport Services, Inc., on her well-earned retirement after more than 50 years of incredible leadership. We’re deeply grateful for all she’s done. Since Unifi acquired Prospect Airport Services last year, it’s been an honor to work alongside Vicki. Her unwavering commitment to her people and the trust she placed in us to carry forward her family’s legacy is a responsibility I’m truly honored to uphold. Over the past year, Vicki’s collaboration, guidance, and coaching have been invaluable to me and the entire team. The more than 11,000 talented Prospect employees who are now part of the Unifi family are a true reflection of her leadership and the high standards she and her team have set in the industry. We’re excited to continue the work she started. Vicki, thank you for everything. Wishing you all the best in your retirement!

Two years ago, Joe Timothy joined Unifi as a driver. Today, he's the Station Manager at Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA)! Joe's rapid ascent is evidence of his dedication, work ethic and commitment to his team. We’ve officially launched cabin cleaning service for American Airlines at LaGuardia Airport (LGA) and a warm welcome to the 123 new agents ready to make an impact from day one. It was a great opportunity to hear directly from members of the board about the needs of travelers with disabilities and discuss how we can continue to create a more accessible and inclusive travel experience. Unifi is committed to supporting passengers with disabilities through thoughtful service, innovative technology and industry-leading training. We’re grateful for these important conversations and honored to deliver essential passenger assistance services at over 100 airports nationwide—because every traveler deserves to feel seen, supported and safe.
