Fighting food insecurity in Northern Michigan.

About us

Manna Food Project (Manna), a 501(c) (3) non-profit organization, helps feed the hungry in Antrim, Charlevoix, and Emmet Counties. Led by the Board of Directors, hundreds of volunteers, and eight staff members, we work together to fulfil this mission. Manna’s main programs are operation of a food bank (distribution center), a food rescue program, a weekly food pantry, and the “Food 4 Kids” backpack program. Manna also partners with the health department and local businesses to organize cooking classes, community dinners, and other events highlighting the importance of healthy, fresh food. Manna is a partner organization of the national Feeding America Food Bank Network.
