I don’t usually post big announcements, but this one’s special. A little over a year ago, I scribbled an idea on a napkin from my favorite sushi takeout spot in Houston. I wanted to use AI to help pharmaceutical sales professionals—just like I was back in 2013. I remember thinking..."I have no idea what I'm doing" 🤷♂️ , so I called my favorite doctor and friend, Benjamin Alouf MD, MBA. That call became PraxisPro. 🎯 We knew the biggest challenge for reps was clear, impactful communication with healthcare providers. So we set out to build a platform powered by conversational AI to help Life Science commercial teams develop real selling skills and enable them to drive revenue. We were two first-time, non-technical founders with no funding—just a big vision. We scraped together support from friends, family, and our own savings. After months of market research, message testing, and plenty of setbacks (including a Fiverr scammer), we finally built our MVP. 🚀 Nearly 200 VC rejections later, we got our break: Techstars believed in us. That momentum helped us bring on a rockstar technical co-founder, Bhrugu G., and push our product toward commercialization. 📈 Fast-forward to today: the team is strong, our product is live and growing, and the flywheel is turning. ⚙️ PraxisPro is now evolving into a full-scale, AI-powered commercial infrastructure—helping sales, medical, and brand teams align strategy, boost engagement, and drive commercial effectiveness across the Life Sciences industry.
