This is incredible—seeing this work come to life is a testament to the power of collaboration, creativity, and commitment to authentic storytelling. Huge congratulations to everyone involved in this successful launch! This past summer, the Marcus Graham Project 's flagship program, #iCR8Bootcamp, had the honor of working closely with McDonald's and the Hispanic & Latine Employee Business Network to help bring this vision to life. This partnership was a shining example of what happens when brands invest in diverse talent and elevate new perspectives. A special shoutout to Nick Tarleton IV for his leadership and advocacy in making this collaboration a reality, and Jon May, Brittany Allen, & Brandon L. Washington for leading the way. Most importantly, we want to spotlight the incredible diverse talent/fellows who worked alongside the McDonald's team to launch MOSAIC—a project that wouldn’t have been possible without their brilliance: MOSH Agency Brief Team Eric N. We are thrilled to announce the hard relaunch of MOSAIC - McDonald's Hispanic & Latine Employee Business Network. 🎉 Our kick-off event was a tremendous success, with over 200 attendees joining us in the first 30 minutes alone. The energy and enthusiasm were palpable, and we couldn't be more grateful for the incredible support - especially as we bring this energy to the field next! A heartfelt thank you to all the leaders who attended and made this event unforgettable - Angela Steele, Tariq H., Sandy Rodriguez, Michael Gonda, and Gino Potesta. Your presence and encouragement mean the world to us. A special shoutout goes to Erick Morelos and Natalie Mayen-Rodriguez for all your work bringing this launch to life and to Nick Tarleton IV for his work on the rebrand itself. On a personal note, as Talita Ramos Erickson and I step into our new roles as National Co-chairs, we are incredibly honored to lead MOSAIC during this transformative time - especially with our amazing MOSAIC Leadership Team! And this is just the start! Stay tuned for more exciting updates and initiatives. The future is bright, and we can't wait to share it with you all. #EBN #MOSAIC #Hispanic #Latine #Inclusion

Data Driven, Creative & Strategic Marketing professional | Content creator | Digital & brand strategist | MVP Marketing project manager | Passionate about storytelling & campaign execution
MVP! This past week, I had the incredible opportunity to participate in the Marcus Graham Project (MGP) Sports Marketing Workshop, hosted by Omnicom’s TMA in partnership with the Dallas Mavericks and Target. I served as the project manager for my team! On the final day, I was honored as MVP and invited to the MGP bootcamp in Los Angeles this summer! This experience perfectly aligned my basketball background with my passion for marketing. I worked under the mentorship of art and creative directors, gaining valuable insights into activations, execution, storytelling, partnerships, and crafting winning decks. Huge thanks to my coach Johnnie Benson, MBA, and amazing teammates—Mariana Vela, Angela P. , Danielle Johnson Jennifer Garcia, and Miles Brooks —as well as Makisha Noël & Vinessa Burnett, SHRM-SCP, for this incredible opportunity! #nba #basketball #share #mffl

why we do it!
Whew! What an incredible week… I’m beyond excited to share that I was accepted into the Marcus Graham Project Project iCR8 Sports Marketing Workshop, in parternship with the Dallas Mavericks, hosted by TMA and supported by Target. As part of the program, my team and I were challenged to develop an international marketing campaign bridging the Dallas Mavericks with China. Our brief? Was to identify an international designer who aligns with the Mavericks identity to enhance brand awareness and drive revenue growth. After an intense week of research, strategy & creative execution, I’m proud to say that my team won the campaign pitch! 🏆🏀 Throughout this experience, I’ve gained invaluable insights into global marketing, strategic partnerships, brand positioning & even some skills as being Project Manager of the project. More importantly I’ve built amazing connections with industry professionals and fellow creatives who are just as passionate about marketing as I am. This is just the beginning— I am excited to take everything I’ve learned and apply it as I continue my journey in the marketing industry. Thank you to the Marcus Graham Project, Dallas Mavericks, TMA, & Target for this unforgettable opportunity! #Marketing #Sportsmarketing #Marcusgrahamproject #DallasMavericks #Brandstrategy #Marketingcampaign #Networking #Careergrowth

A consistent thread of the Strategy leadership roles I've been in across my career journey, is hosting Marcus Graham Project Summer Bootcampers for a visit at the agency I'm a part of. We had MGP in the building at MullenLowe U.S. for a conversation about what it means to "Always Be a Challenger" and getting their start in the industry. I'm excited for all the possibilities for MGP's MOSH Agency from here.
