Kayla Meyer, the Director of Operational Excellence at First Choice Facilities, started at the company as an office manager back in 2022. Through her excitement for continuous improvement, she found herself diving into the business and driving her team towards process excellence.   We chatted with Kayla to learn about the approach to leadership that brought her through her roles as compliance and software coordinator, systems administrator, manager of IT systems and data, and ultimately her current position as a key leader on the operations team. Meet Joe Kluesner, the Director of National Accounts at First Choice Facilities. Joe joined First Choice in 2022 as a regional account manager, and within the span of roughly 2 years, he was promoted to his current role as a key leader of the team. Joe started with First Choice when the company was just a handful of employees, and with Orion as a growth partner, he has helped the team grow both in size and in operational excellence. We sat down with Joe to hear his reflections on his leadership journey in the video below.
