This past Thursday, ncIMPACT's Alecia Matthews, EdD and Abigail Holdsclaw served as presenters at the North Carolina Employment and Training Association Spring Conference. Their presentation, titled "Helping Young People Chart a New Course" featured key insights from the "7 Steps to Get Hired: The Keys to Building Your Future" self-paced employability skills course, including the importance of accessibility, recruitment, and partner support.
