  • Our teams are part of the communities they serve, and we’re proud to empower them to give back with their time and talents. That’s why we offer Volunteer Time Off (VTO): up to 8 paid hours each year for salaried team members to support the causes closest to their hearts. Whether it’s mentoring a student, cleaning up a park, or lending a hand at a local shelter, we believe small acts of kindness can create a lasting impact. Through Eurest Cares, we’re making space for our people to give back — and grow something greater, together. Looking for a place that supports what matters to you? • Brunch isn't just for weekends anymore. As workplace routines evolve this spring, we’re seeing a fresh opportunity to rethink the mid-morning meal—bringing people together over craveable, creative offerings that spark connection any day of the week. We call it Brunch O’Clock Anytime—a food trend that blends comfort, community, and just the right amount of indulgence. See our full 2025 food trend forecast here: https://lnkd.in/ew4g6Rmp

  • Pull up a seat with Executive Vice President Dennis Weinerman for the latest edition of our “At the Table” series. • Great teams don’t happen by accident — they’re built with intention, trust, and a shared commitment to something greater. Last week in Charlotte, NC, the ESFM and Eurest USA Diversity & Inclusion Action Council (DIAC) gathered for a two-day workshop focused on just that. Through honest conversation and collaborative planning, the group aligned on goals, deepened connections, and renewed their dedication to harboring a work culture where every voice matters. This is the kind of work that shapes who we are — and where we’re going. Want to be part of an environment like this? Apply here and join our team. • Team ramen or team pho? With Revolution Noodle, you don’t have to choose. This concept brings bold, globally inspired flavors to the forefront with our signature passport broths — including Beef Pho, Pork Tonkotsu, Thai-Style Vegan Lemongrass, and Umami Garlic Mushroom. Each bowl is made to order, offering a fresh spin on tradition with the customization our guests love. To turn up the flavor even more, we’ve partnered with Asian-owned brand Mr. Bing to bring their signature chili crisp and sriracha-style heat to every bowl.

  • Did you know planting trees can help save salmon? Fluke Café’s Shane Sebesta, Stefanie Roderick, and Emily Singler led their team in restoring a stretch of the Sammamish River by removing invasive plants and planting native trees and shrubs. The goal: provide shade to cool the water, creating a better environment for endangered Chinook and Steelhead salmon. “Salmon recovery is very important to me and to the Pacific Northwest,” Shane said. “It was so amazing, and the staff loved it.” In light of Impact & Inclusion Month and Earth Month, it’s actions like these that show how caring for our communities—and ecosystems—starts with getting our hands in the dirt.
