Since 1977, Critchfield Mechanical, Inc. (CMI) has been one of the finest mechanical contractors in California, specializing in the design, fabrication and installation of heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems. CMI's team of professionals has earned CMI a well-deserved reputation for excellence. Our way of doing first-rate business is to take a proactive approach on each project, giving up front pricing and working as a team with other trades involved in the design and construction process. Regardless of the application CMI is known for quality workmanship, timely project completion and budget consciousness. The depth and breadth of CMI’s mechanical experience is immense: we have completed projects across the country, from Hawaii to New York, Florida, and Washington, and many places in-between. We have designed and built custom systems for hospitals, convention centers, office campuses, data centers, hotels, condominiums, laboratories, schools, and manufacturing plants. Our growing list of satisfied customers includes the Federal Government and U.S. Military, state and local governments, universities, large corporations, and scores of private clients.

As the sun begins to set on summer, our company bid farewell to the warm weather with a series of traditional past events that brought laughter, friendship, and a touch of nostalgia: Joe’s Birthday BBQ Pizza Picnic New Hire Dinner These traditional past events not only served as a way to say goodbye to summer but also provided an opportunity to reflect on the past and appreciate the friendship that has grown within our company. Joe’s BBQ reminded us of our humble beginnings. The Pizza Picnic allowed us to connect in a casual and fun environment. The New Hire Dinner symbolized the growth of our team and the future we are building together. As we look ahead to the cooler months, we will carry the memories of these summer events with us. They have strengthened our bonds, fostered a sense of belonging, and created a shared history that will continue to unite us as a company.

As the weather starts to warm up, we kick off one of our favorite traditions: CMI Bowling Tourney. Our company's annual spring bowling tournament is a fun and competitive event that brings employees together for a day of team-building and friendly competition. It allows colleagues from different departments to interact and bond outside of the workplace, fostering a sense of camaraderie and unity within the company.
