Today, CEBN sent a letter signed by 214 small business leaders, representing 155 businesses and organizations, urging Congress to preserve energy tax credits to ensure business certainty and promote American competitiveness. The letter notes, “Should the economic landscape change, small businesses with limited resources would be the most severely impacted.” Fifty business leaders from key states and districts are also meeting with Hill offices throughout March to discuss the tax credits and other pending policy issues.
