Last week, at our Accelerating Action & Driving Change virtual panel, our President of Social Impact Consulting, Alyssa Melnyk, led a conversation with three trailblazing women reshaping leadership in sports, Indigenous governance, and humanitarian work. The panel highlighted a stark reality: if current trends continue, full gender equality is still 300 years away. Their insights emphasized that without bold leadership and systemic reform, progress will remain painfully slow. The discussion underlined the need for inclusive policies, strong leadership, and collective action to dismantle barriers and create equal opportunities for all women.
