At #MWC25 Barcelona European Space Agency - ESA showcased several initiatives aimed at integrating satellite and terrestrial networks. Metaverse Experience: European Space Agency - ESA introduced an interactive metaverse experience, allowing attendees to virtually explore the #5G/6G Hub at ESA’s European Centre for Space Applications and Telecommunications (ECSAT) in Harwell, UK. This platform provided insights into ESA's work on Non-Terrestrial Network (NTN) technologies and facilitated engagement with industry and academia.
