Exciting strategic partnership announcement 📣 We’re proud to share that Voltsmart has formed a strategic partnership with Alliance Powered Solutions (APS) who are a respected Consultancy specialising in renewables, energy efficiency and like us, carbon reduction and fuel poverty. APS is led by Founder & CEO Paul Vine, who brings decades of hands-on experience, including delivering Chichester Council’s Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme and launching the Green Skills Training Hub. He is joined by solar and storage experts David DuBarry-Hennessy and Zoe Forbes.  Combined, they bring a deep understanding of how to turn real-world energy challenges into scalable, sustainable solutions. This collaboration helps to place Voltsmart at the forefront of energy efficiency discussions within new-build and retrofit projects, ensuring our technology reaches more homes, faster. It also brings trusted access to key retrofit schemes through APS’s extensive network, including councils and housing associations and strengthens Voltsmart’s credibility in the market by aligning us with proven leaders in the energy space. We have won another award! 🏆⚡ Voltsmart are incredibly proud to announce our amazing Co-Founder and CEO Clare White has received a Barclays International Women's Day Award in recognition of her contribution to sustainability. Clare’s unquestionable drive, commitment, enthusiasm and passion has been at the very core of Voltsmart’s creation, launch and successes to date and the award is a true reflection of this hard work. The event was held at Barclays HQ in Canary Wharf and it was lovely to celebrate the achievements of other equally inspirational and entrepreneurial female founders/entrepreneurs from a cross range of industries. It was also great to hear the success stories and challenges faced by four panel members; Katie Neck, Louise Stevenson, FCIM, Pamela Aculey and Melissa Gurney who were all rightful winners of last year’s awards. On behalf of Clare and the Voltsmart team, we would like to thank Barclays for their continued support on our journey to date! We are very excited to see what the next year has in store for us! We were very grateful to have been invited back to present at the second Corporate Connections Showcase event at Barclays Eagle Labs, Glasgow last week. Holly's write up below says it all, but this was the perfect opportunity for us to demonstrate how, by upgrading to a Voltsmart energy efficient fuse board, this can play a valuable role in delivering significant energy efficiencies to retrofit programmes across the social housing sector. We were back at Sustainable Ventures this afternoon for The Mayor of London's Better Futures Showcase event. I had the pleasure of joining Timothy Mueller from E.ON UK's Innovation Team on stage to give an update on our partnership progress and pilot plans. I'll leave it there for now... but look forward to bringing plenty more news on this in due course. It was an honour to have been invited to attend the London & Partners Grow London International Women’s Day event at the Merchant Taylor's Hall, yesterday and to meet such a great group of enthusiastic, like minded and driven individuals. The afternoon was packed with inspiring talks and very interesting reverse investor pitches, but I have to say the three stand out’s for me were from Julia Hoggett, CEO London Stock Exchange, Pip Jamieson, Founder The Dots and Howard Dawber, Deputy Mayor of London for Business and Growth. It was also great to meet Karen Sandhu, Head of Grow London Global and I look forward to catching up with you again.

We had a great visit to the Green Skills and Retrofit Unit at the College of North West London today, part of the United Colleges Group. We’d like to say a huge thank you to Lee Boresta, Assistant Principal, Engineering, Construction and the Built Environment for inviting us and for the introduction to Jhonny Enoe and Craig Peck from the team. The purpose of our visit was to initiate plans to include Voltsmart installation training to their wider Green Skills and Retrofit training scheme to further equip the next generation of electricians with knowledge on our energy efficient fuse board technology in support of the energy transition.  We look forward to bringing you further news on this in due course together with plans to roll the programme out further afield.
