We’re excited to be at the Food & Drink Expo 2025 at Birmingham’s NEC this week, with Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe flying the flag for Samworth Brothers. The team is proudly serving up our famous Melton Mowbray pork pies and sharing the story behind the craft, care and quality ingredients that go into every one. It’s a brilliant event that brings together some of the best names in food and drink, and a great chance to celebrate both innovation and heritage in the industry. If you’re heading to the NEC, pop by the Ye Olde Pork Pie Shoppe stall and enjoy a proper taste of tradition. #SamworthBrothers #FoodAndFamilySince1896 #WeDoGoodThingsWithGreatFood

At Samworth Brothers, good food and good health go hand in hand – and on World Health Day, we’re shining a light on one of the people helping us bring that to life. Meet Dr Sarah Williams, our Healthy & Sustainable Diets Manager and a Registered Nutritionist. Sarah leads our work on nutrition across the group, helping ensure that the food we make supports balanced, healthy lifestyles and meets evolving consumer needs. As a food business, we want our products to taste great but also be better for people and the planet too. #SamworthBrothers #FoodAndFamilySince1896 #WeDoGoodThingsWithGreatFood

At Samworth Brothers, we’re committed to inspiring young people about the diverse and exciting careers in food. That’s why our colleagues recently spent the day at Tudor Grange Samworth Academy in Leicester, bringing the food industry to life for students on their Annual Founders Day. Our colleagues led interactive sessions, giving students hands-on experience in food production, innovation, and logistics. They explored product development, created their own ideas, and saw the skills behind making a sandwich wrap. one of our state-of-the-art HGVs highlighted careers in transport and logistics, and a workshop on the chilled food supply chain showed the journey from sourcing ingredients to delivering quality food. Andy, Operations and Supply Chain Director at Samworth Brothers - Food For Now, summed up the day: “What a fabulous day! Hopefully, we have influenced and sparked some fires in students as to what they could aspire to in the future.” A huge thank you to everyone involved in making this such a valuable experience for the students. #SamworthBrothers #FoodAndFamilySince1896 #WeDoGoodThingsWithGreatFood Samworth Brothers Supply Chain

Stephenson Campus, a leading trade and technical college, delivers high-quality apprenticeship programmes, including HGV Engineering, with around 100 students currently enrolled. Its industry-standard workshops are designed to mirror real-world environments, ensuring students gain the hands-on skills they need for their future careers. The donated SBSC unit is one of the most modern vehicles on-site and will provide invaluable training opportunities.
