Great news for housing in Wigan! 🏠   Peel Land completed the first sale of land at Mosley Common with 815 of the 1044 consented units set to be delivered in partnership with Kellen Homes, Great Places Housing Group and Taylor Wimpey plc.   We have been working closely with all our partners for many years to deliver our vision of a thriving and sustainable community and this is a major step forward in accelerating the delivery of this vision. 👏 Manchester United backs the Government’s growth agenda with plans for a new 100,000-seater stadium as the centrepiece of the regeneration of the Old Trafford area.   The stadium, and wider regeneration project, could add £7.3bn annually to the UK economy, create 92,000 new jobs, over 17,000 new homes and attract 1.8 million visitors each year.   Anna Bensky, Peel Land, member of the Old Trafford Regeneration Taskforce said: “The announcement today is an important milestone for Old Trafford and the wider Trafford Wharfside area. We are honoured to have been part of the taskforce working towards shared ambitions for unlocking significant economic growth in Greater Manchester to create a global destination, through Manchester United’s proposed new stadium.
