💡 What I’m Seeing in the Medical Events Space Right Now Over the past few months, I’ve had countless conversations with clients across Pharma, Biotech, and Med Affairs. From global teams to local markets, the message is clear: the way we collectively engage HCPs in 2025 is changing—again!! Here’s what I’m seeing more of—and less of—as we look ahead: 🔼 More of... Fast, focused webinars. There's growing appetite for short, single-session engagements—designed to deliver value in under an hour. They're agile, easy to scale, and when done well, incredibly effective. Smaller, smarter in-person meetings. Clients are leaning into curated face-to-face experiences—more intimate, more relevant, and often more inclusive. Strategic third-party collaboration. We’re helping clients activate their content through trusted medical platforms and networks, creating new ways to reach and engage target audiences. 🔽 Less of... Large in-person events just because. Unless there’s a clear reason to bring hundreds together, many clients are choosing smaller formats with sharper focus. Over-engineered hybrid setups. We're seeing a shift toward simpler, smarter event design—sometimes hybrid, but not by default. Long-form virtual conferences. Multi-day online events are fatiguing. If the content isn’t modular, interactive, or personalised, HCPs are tuning out. 🧭 The events we’re designing now are omnichannel by nature—but they're successful because they’re built around the audience, not the agenda. Our job at Open Audience is to help clients meet HCPs where they are—on their terms, in their language, and in formats that respect their time and maximise value. 🔄 Does this reflect what you’re seeing and expecting in 2025?
