HAVE YOU EVER TASTED SUPER-INSULATING BIOMATERIALS? Two weeks ago, NANOPLUME took the stage at IndieBio Demo Day in New York - wrapping up an incredible journey in the program! A huge thanks to SOSV IndieBio for bringing us closer to our vision of reinventing thermal insulation. Where we are now ✅ Developed a range of Bio-Aerogel prototypes: super-insulating, ultra-light, and non-toxic ✅ Showcased them live at Demo Day - participating investors were able to feel the strength and lightness of our materials - and they were even able to taste them. Shout out to Deborah Zajac for truly putting her money where her "mouth" is! Collaboration Is Key: The power of working with academic institutions and industry partners to drive circular economy solutions forward   Last week, NANOPLUME was invited to present at a workshop hosted by The City University of New York (CUNY) Advanced Science Research Center (ASRC) in New York to 25 partners from top universities like RPI, Lehigh, Rutgers, Syracuse, and City College of NY, alongside industry leaders from P&G and BASF.   Our focus? Circular innovation and commercialization pathways — a critical area for biomaterial startups like NANOPLUME.
