About us
Transcelestial is building the future of Internet Distribution. The ultimate goal is to build a space laser network to deliver a step-change in internet connectivity globally. This will be the fastest way to bring the rest of the world up on the bandwidth and connectivity curve. Right now, we are using the same technology on the ground as a "wireless fibre optics" in a product called CENTAURI. CENTAURI is our mass-produced network device which leverages our proprietary Wireless Laser Communication Technology to create a wireless distribution network between buildings, traditional cell towers, street-level poles and other physical infrastructure. It is the size of a shoe-box, weighing less than 3kg and capable of delivering true fibre-like speeds to customers at fraction of the cost of traditional fibre. There are two versions of devices available - 1 Gbps Full Duplex (4G & Enterprise ready) and 10 Gbps Full Duplex (5G-ready).

When innovation ecosystems collide, big things happen. 🇦🇺🤝🇸🇬 As part of her visit to Singapore, we had the privilege of hosting Hon. Robyn Cahill OAM, Northern Territory Minister for Trade, Business and Asian Relations, at Transcelestial HQ — where we showcased how our laser technology is bringing ultra-fast, affordable internet to even the most remote corners of the world. Our Co-Founders, Rohit and Danesh, were also among the select founders invited to the Northern Territory of Australia x Singapore Deep Tech Sandbox roundtable, contributing industry perspectives on scaling frontier technologies and building cross-border opportunities. For Transcelestial, this hits home. As we push to scale humanity’s next frontier in connectivity, the Northern Territory offers a great testbed to challenge limits and pioneer new solutions. Big thanks to Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), PASPALIS and the Darwin Innovation Hub for catalysing these dialogues. We’re energised by what’s ahead and excited to keep building bridges between Singapore, Australia, and beyond.

The future of space starts in rooms like these. 🪐🔭 Transcelestial’s very first employee, Max Wisten shared with students from Nanyang Technological University Singapore about what it’s really like to build a complex hardware product from scratch. From tackling engineering roadblocks to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible, the dialogue at #SEDSConnect2025 gave the next generation an inside look at the highs, lows, and breakthroughs of #deeptech innovation. 🧑🚀 But for one student, this wasn’t just a talk. During the event, we also announced the first recipient of a summer internship at Transcelestial. Because every giant leap for mankind begins with one small step. Thanks again to SEDS-NTU for bringing together bright minds and big ideas. Applications for our Summer Internships are now open. Connecting beyond boundaries—land, space, and now, sea! 🌍🚀🌊 At Hatch Programme Showcase, Transcelestial tackled one of the biggest challenges in connectivity—how to navigate in RF- and GNSS-denied environments at sea. Our Head of Sales(APAC), Dinesh Kummaran, took the stage to share how our technology is shaping the future of resilient communications—from alternative navigation solutions to expanding laser connectivity into space. Key Highlights: 🔹 Solving a Critical Navigation Challenge – We presented our work on alternative navigation for RF- and GNSS-denied environments, addressing a key problem posed by HTX (Home Team Science & Technology Agency)’s Comms and Digital Infra (CDI) team. 🔹 Breaking New Ground in Space – We proudly announced our next frontier: Singapore’s first inter-satellite laser communication link, developed in collaboration with ST and OSTIN. This milestone generated significant buzz, opening the door to exciting new discussions on the future of space-based connectivity. 🔹 A High-Impact Audience – With nearly 500 attendees, we had the opportunity to connect with government stakeholders, MINDEF representatives, industry leaders, and embassy officials, driving conversations on the future of secure, high-speed connectivity across land, sea, and space. The energy at HatchX was incredible, and we’re excited to keep these conversations going. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by to learn more about our work! Want to continue the discussion?
