We’re excited to share that TADA Singapore is the 3rd platform operator to have officially recognised associations such as the National Private Hire Vehicles Association (NPHVA) as the representative body for its platform drivers under the Platform Workers Act. With Grab and ComfortDelGro (CDG) already onboard, the addition of TADA is a positive step forward in ensuring stronger representation for platform workers. This recognition strengthens NPHVA’s ability to advocate for platform workers on key issues such as earnings, working conditions, and overall well-being. It also builds on the partnership between TADA and NPHVA, which has already delivered initiatives like driver appreciation events and membership sponsorships. Beyond this, TADA is taking steps to enhance accessibility for elderly riders, ensuring a smoother and safer ride experience. This partnership and collaboration initiatives will create better earning opportunities while fostering a more inclusive transport ecosystem. At NTUC, we remain committed to championing every worker’s interests—because #EveryWorkerMatters. Read more: https://bit.ly/41YngVr

It’s been a while since I last visited Mt. Faber and wow, it’s been through some fresh changes! (Note to self – must bring the wife there for a date). It’s also not every day that you get to meet someone who has worked over 40 years in the same company. Inspiring to learn that Mr Woo has been key to some of the enhancements to the cable car cabins you see today. Great to see the joint efforts of Mount Faber Leisure Group and AREU (Attractions, Resorts & Entertainment Union) to improve training, welfare and most importantly workers salaries! For professionals in attractions, resorts, and entertainment, I encourage you to join AREU and be part of this journey. #EveryWorkerMatters Buhdy Bok Mount Faber Leisure Group National Trades Union Congress (NTUC)

During a recent kopi chat with a staff, I was asked about how I overcome career roadblocks. I shared that I believe in the power of community and mentorship. During such moments, I turn to trusted mentors and colleagues for advice and guidance. Similarly, I encourage all professionals to seek continuous learning opportunities through mentorship programs and to remember the resources available at NTUC that support PMEs. When you face roadblocks, how would you respond? #EveryWorkerMatters National Trades Union Congress (NTUC)
