🚀 Empowering HR for a Future-Ready Workforce! 🚀 On 1 April 2025, NTUC, Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP), and e2i, Employment & Employability Institute formalised our collaboration at the inaugural 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗺: 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 event by signing an MoU to strengthen Singapore’s workforce. As NTUC Secretary-General Ng Chee Meng shared, “Singapore’s tripartite model is our strength and strategy, bringing businesses, unions, and the Government together to navigate challenges and seize opportunities. HR professionals play a vital role in building a skilled, adaptable workforce that drives business success.” This partnership will empower companies with key resources like IHRP’s Human Capital Diagnostic Tool, the upcoming Job Redesign Evaluation Tool, and NTUC’s Company Training Committees (CTC) to drive workforce transformation. Together, we’re shaping a future-ready workforce, and supporting HR professionals too ! 💪✨ #IHRP #NTUC #e2i #Tripartism #FutureReady #HRTransformation #EveryWorkerMatters #NTUCCares #EveryPMEMatters
