We recently hosted our Young NTUC Workplan Seminar, bringing together our 10th Term Young NTUC Committee, UPME leaders, and Young Activists from the different IHLs to discuss how we can better support and empower youths in the workforce. Through meaningful conversations, we explored ways to nurture future activists and leaders within the Labour Movement. A key highlight was our fireside chat with Deputy Secretary-General Joanne Hui Fong Cham , NTUC’s Workforce Group Director, moderated by Yinqi Huang our 10th Term Young NTUC Public Sector Chairperson. We delved into real workplace challenges, the importance of mentorship, and how unions provide a collective voice for young workers. As you embark on your transition into the workforce, know that Young NTUC is here supporting you to achieve your goals and aspirations 🚀⭐️ #YoungNTUC #EveryYoungWorkerMatters #EveryYouthMatters
