The WNR year after year unites students of top law, economics and business schools from around the world. Throughout the tournament the participants, driven by their passion for negotiations and willingness to compete, get the chance to negotiate on the basis of several professionally prepared scenarios. Their efforts are assessed by world-class experts from colleges such as Harvard University or Oxford University. During the three days of the competition there are 4 negotiation rounds and the grand finale, which is held in the most representative venue in Warsaw. The tournament is going to take place in 5 extremely prestigious locations in Warsaw. In previous years the competition was hosted in places such as the Senate of the Republic of Poland, the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Palace of Culture and Science, the National Stadium in Warsaw, Zachęta – National Gallery of Art and the Royal Łazienki Museum. The main purpose of the competition is to promote the art of negotiation in the academic environment. Through participating, the students gain practical skills, which they can develop under the expert eye of world-class specialists in negotiations.

Honored to have taken part in the first-ever edition of the Warsaw Negotiation Round (WNR) in Madrid, alongside my brilliant partner Juanita Figueroa 🤝 Organized by the IEU Debate Club in collaboration with WNR, this event marked the launch of the Madrid preliminary round of the Warsaw Negotiation Round—one of the most prestigious student negotiation competitions in Europe. As the largest negotiation tournament in Central and Eastern Europe, WNR is co-funded by the European Union and supported by leading institutions including the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Stockholm School of Economics, IE University, and the CIVICA Alliance. What made this experience truly special was the chance to tackle high-level negotiation cases, collaborate with top students, and receive expert feedback from some of the best minds in the field. First official event of Warsaw Negotiation Round 2025 is officially finished! Last Saturday we had the first online qualification round, where 24 teams were trying their best to gain a spot in the finals of this year's edition of our tournament! 💛 Teams from all around the world have raised the level very high and sometimes the differences were extremely small! 🔎 ‼️The results will be available at the beginning of the next week - stay tuned! 🔥
