Last week, our team had the fantastic opportunity to attend Smart Energy Week Japan, where they connected with key industry players working with Japanese developers, contractors, and the broader supply chain. Last year was busy, and it was full of interesting projects! So, we asked Sam de Bode, one of our engineers, which one was his favourite to work on and why:   'My favourite project was a technical feasibility study for a large monopile installation project. I liked it because we had to conduct multiple analyses, such as identifying suitable installation assets, monopile drilling, pile run mitigations, and noise mitigation!
