𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 We reflect on another successful two-day training session for our business partners, who joined us from over 10 different countries (Europe, USA & APAC) at the Cosun innovation center. This year, we continued to share our passion for prebiotic soluble chicory root fiber, focusing on in-depth technological insights on formulation techniques and showcasing its functionality and sensory properties through tasting sessions and workshops. The enthusiasm and curiosity of the participants were truly inspiring, as they engaged with numerous questions and shared valuable feedback and experiences.   We extend our heartfelt thanks to all participants for their active involvement and engagement. On Monday, March 21st, we had the opportunity to visit Royal Cosun in Dinteloord. At their Innovation Centre, we gained valuable insights into the production process and the sustainable applications of side streams. During the tour, we explored the building and learned about - and tasted - various innovations, such as dairy-free ice cream. We thoroughly enjoyed this visit and would like to express our gratitude to Cosun Beet Company for hosting us!

𝗖𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗺𝗶𝗱𝗱𝗮𝗴  Gisteren kwamen vertegenwoordigers van de cichoreisector samen in het Cosun Innovation Center om de toekomst van de cichoreiteelt te bespreken. Tijdens deze inspirerende middag deelden we de resultaten van de onderzoeken uitgevoerd door stichting IRS en bespraken we de onderzoeksplannen voor 2025. Innovaties in de cichoreiteelt kwamen aan bod en er vond waardevolle kennisuitwisseling plaats. Het was een inspirerende en leerzame bijeenkomst! 🌱 #Cichorei #Innovatie #DuurzameLandbouw #Onderzoek 

Een inspirerende dag bij Royal Cosun! 💡 Als coöperatie met 8100 akkerbouwers laat Cosun zien hoe verduurzaming en innovatie hand in hand gaan. Ik sprak met experts over de toekomst van onze landbouwsector. 🌱 In het Innovation Center kreeg ik een toelichting op innovatieve plantaardige eiwitten, voedingsvezels en biobased oplossingen. En natuurlijk proeven we ook! De hapjes? Gemaakt met Cosun-ingrediënten, vaak uit reststromen van fabrieken. Met trots zie ik hoe initiatieven als Groeikracht boeren ondersteunen bij het verduurzamen van hun teelt. Dit soort samenwerking is cruciaal voor een duurzame en innovatieve agrofoodketen.  #minlvvn

𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗛𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗷𝗲𝘀𝘁𝘆 𝗤𝘂𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗠á𝘅𝗶𝗺𝗮 𝗮𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝘆𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝘀𝘂𝗻 Today we had the special honour of welcoming Queen Máxima for a working visit to Royal Cosun. The visit follows after winning the Koning Willem I Stichting award last year. During an inspiring day, she spoke to our growers and colleagues about how we are working together on a future-proof sustainable supply chain. She also learned about some of our plant-based innovations in the Cosun innovation center. The presence of Klaas Knot, Chairman of the Koning Willem I Award, Ina Adema, Commissioner of the King and R.P. (Ruud) van den Belt, MBA, Mayor of Gemeente Steenbergen made the visit extra special.
