Day Job: Helping Amazon Brands Scale With The Systems I Used To Build & Exit Two Brands - at GNOPartners.com. Side Hustle: Documenting My Journey and Sharing the Lessons Learned Along the Way

Selling a premium product on Amazon? Don’t expect to rank high organically. You’re at $50–60 while the rest of the market is at $30–40? Ranking organically is going to be hard. Most Amazon shoppers buy the lowest price with the most reviews. If that’s not you — pushing organic ranking is not impossible but probably not the first move. We have dozens of clients in that situation at GNO Partners. One of them joined in December, and here’s what we did with him: Optimized the main image  → Used our internal framework to guide the process. → We tested 3–4 image variations. → We found a winner → CTR + CVR improved. Focused only on Profit Campaigns  → Product had 40–45% gross margin before ads → We found campaign types with ACOS between 20–30% → Doubled down on those and launched (many) more of the same He had $10K/month profit in December. 4 months later: $30K and climbing. If you’re selling premium products: → Keep testing elements that can boost your CVR & CTR. → Find every campaign + KWs giving you profitable sales. → Double down on those by adding more campaigns and targets, weekly. The more you can spend at profitable ACOS, the faster you grow. ♻️ Repost if helpful.  Follow me, Ouriel, for more ways to grow your Amazon brand.

Amazon Sellers: Free 5-Day Email Challenge to lower your PPC TACOS & ACOS We’ve worked with hundreds of Amazon brands at GNO Partners. One thing is clear: Most sellers burn cash on PPC without realizing it. The real problem? It’s not the wasted spend—it’s the lost opportunity. That budget should drive higher rankings, sales, and profits. If you’re not actively cleaning up your PPC, you’re: • Letting wasted ad spend pile up • Failing to reallocate budget to winning keywords • Ignoring search term data and missing ranking opportunities That’s why we built a 5-day Email Challenge to fix this—fast. Each day, you’ll get: • A proven PPC tactic to lower your TACOS & ACOS. • A 30-45 min execution task (so it actually gets done) • A step-by-step framework to shift wasted spend into profitable keywords. We guarantee your TACOS & ACOS will drop. The challenge is completely free for now (might change soon). If you sell on Amazon, you can’t afford to let bad PPC drain your profits. Comment "PPC Challenge" in the comments, and I’ll send it over. Let’s get your PPC working for you, not against you.

Day Job: Helping Amazon Brands Scale With The Systems I Used To Build & Exit Two Brands - at GNOPartners.com. Side Hustle: Documenting My Journey and Sharing the Lessons Learned Along the Way

These 5 PPC mistakes quietly held back my performance for months Once I stopped doing these, everything changed. PPC isn’t a one time project — it’s constant testing, refining, and avoiding bad habits. Over the years, I’ve made every PPC mistake in the book. But once I fixed them — my ACOS dropped, TACOS improved, and results got more stable. Here are 5 things I stopped doing, and it made a huge difference • Don’t turn off campaigns completely. Drop the budget to $1 to keep campaign history and make it easier to scale later. I do this when I’m temporarily out of stock or running a deal and want to reduce spending, but plan to bring the campaign back. • Don’t pause winning keywords or targets. Even if you want to isolate them in a new campaign, If a keyword is converting well with good ACOS and CVR, never pause it. • Don’t optimize based on the last 2 days of data. Amazon’s reporting lags, so if you’re optimizing today (e.g. March 24), only use data from March 21 and earlier. The last 48 hours are often incomplete — and usually show a worse performance than it actually is. • Don’t group multiple parent ASINs in one campaign. Unless it’s a catch-all Auto, keep parent ASINs separate for cleaner data and more control. • Don’t optimize profit and ranking campaigns the same. Profit = focus on ACOS. Ranking = focus on CVR and top-of-search impression share. Different goals need different strategies. I’ve tested all of these. Once I stopped doing them, my PPC improved and finally pushed my brand forward — not held it back. It should be the same for you. ♻️ Repost if you want your network to stop wasting money.

Amazon Just Opened Up More Deal Eligibility – Check Your Account! Before exiting my brands, I used to run 20+ Lightning Deals & Best Deals every week across all my listings. Running 10 deals per month for my best sellers was my secret sauce to maintain my leading position. This is a VERY powerful way to: • Gain market share • Increase organic ranking • Boost profits Now, Amazon just made a big change. Over the past few days, we’ve seen dozens of our clients at GNO Partners gain eligibility for Lightning Deals & Best Deals. Many of these products never had access before. If you’re selling on Amazon, you need to check this right now. • Go to: Advertising > Deals > Create a Deal • Look for newly eligible products, you might be surprised. • Prioritize Best Deals, they’ve been converting better than Lightning Deals lately. • Lock in future deals, Amazon can remove eligibility at any time. If you weren’t eligible before, this is a huge opportunity to test deals on slow-moving products & your best sellers. From my experience, you’re making a big mistake if you're eligible and not leveraging this. We're going all in with our clients (check the picture attached for 1 example) ♻️ Repost to help your network take advantage of this update.

Scaling an Amazon brand isn’t about working harder—it’s about working smarter. We’ve been building GNO Partners for the last 2.5 years with one goal in mind. We want to be known for being the missing piece that helps brands maximize profits and scale faster. We’ve worked with hundreds of sellers so far with great success. For many sellers, the problems are part of the following: • Sales are stagnant • Profits are declining • No clear direction on what to fix first That’s exactly where Tom was when he came to us. A 7-figure seller struggling to break past his plateau. Here’s what we did to turn things around: • Strategy: Provided a roadmap to cut the guesswork and focus on what moves the needle. • Inventory planning: Implemented a system to prevent stockouts & overstocking. • PPC revamp: Designed a structured approach using our internal system. • SOPs & Clear Systems: Set up a clear calendar so the team knows what to do, when and how. The result? • Higher organic rankings • More profit, not just more revenue • Clarity on what to do next Tom put it best: "GNO helped us navigate the craziness of selling on Amazon. Without them, our business wouldn’t be growing at the rate it is today." P.S. We spent years scaling and exiting our brands for nearly $10M, testing every PPC and scaling strategy possible.  Now, we’re offering a free brand analysis to our LinkedIn followers—checking 200+ data points to find quick wins and long-term growth opportunities in your account. Spots are limited, DM me if you want yours.

Amazon Might Be Underpaying You Without Noticing—Use These 5 Steps to Find Out Amazon just changed how they reimburse lost inventory. If they lost your inventory, they now determine your reimbursement based on their estimated Sourcing Cost. And here’s the kicker: Amazon decides what they think your sourcing cost is. If their estimate is too low, you could be leaving money on the table. We’ve checked dozens of accounts, and most have a higher estimated sourcing cost—which is great. Follow those steps to check and confirm your prices are correct: • Go to Amazon’s “Manage Your Sourcing Cost” Dashboard • Check Amazon’s estimated sourcing cost for each ASIN • Compare it to your actual sourcing cost • If Amazon’s cost is higher – No action needed • If Amazon’s cost is lower, manually update it on the right side of the dashboard. Start with this to ensure Amazon isn’t underpaying you. Amazon constantly tweaks policies (rarely in sellers’ favor), and they’ve stated they’ll keep updating the sourcing cost in their policy. That’s why I’m tracking this monthly, and you should too. Want a step-by-step guide to send to your team? Comment “Guide” and I’ll send it over for free.

Amazon Sellers: Steal this 3-step framework to increase profits & revenue with no extra ad spend Most sellers spend hours on PPC but ignore their main image—the #2 driver of CTR and CVR. At GNO Partners, we’ve helped hundreds of brands boost sales & profits just by optimizing their main images. Here’s my 3-Phase Framework for better main images: Phase 1 – Find Picture Ideas & Create a Brief • Find 2-5 high-performing images from similar products. • Identify what makes them stand out: angle, contrast, packaging. • Think about how these elements can improve your product’s main image. • Create a clear brief with top-performing image examples. • Ensure you have 2-3 distinct images to test. Phase 2 – Work with a Designer to Create New Images • Send the brief to your designer. • Provide feedback until the image is optimized. • Maximize white space for a clean look. • Ensure the image is mobile-friendly. Phase 3 – Test Until You Win • Use Pickfu for an initial test to identify the best variation. • Run an Amazon A/B test with the top choice. • Track CTR & CVR in PPC (Top of Search) & Search Catalog Performance. • Keep testing variations until you find the winner—then repeat. A small CTR boost can translate into huge revenue gains. This is the easiest way to grow your revenue and profits. If you haven’t updated your main image in the last 12 months, use this framework and start testing now. P.S. We’re hiring a Senior Brand Manager to join GNO Partners as a consultant! We’re looking for the best in class—if you’re managing an 8-figure Amazon brand, love Amazon, and are ready to work hard, this high-earning opportunity can be a good fit! DM me for more details.

From £20K to £65K Profit: How We Scaled This Amazon Brand A European seller came to us stuck in PPC work, battling new competitors, and struggling to grow. They were spending hours optimizing PPC manually, yet profits were low, and they had no clear growth plan. Since they joined GNO Partners, in less than 6 months we helped them: • Increase profit from £20K → £65K (+225%) • Grow revenue from £178K → £336K (+88%) • Lower TACOS from 20% → 14% • Free up time to focus on growth From our analysis we saw they don’t need more products or aggressive expansion. They just needed to optimize what they already had. So that’s what we did: • Implemented our PPC System – Integrated into our 10+ PPC reports system • Added a VA to the team – Took over 80% of the work that can be delegated easily. • Optimized pricing – Raised prices 10-25% on top SKUs while keeping sales steady • Revived out-of-stock product – Relaunched & regained rank, got to £10k monthly profit. Scaling isn’t just about selling more—it’s about optimizing what you have. Audit your PPC, delegate tasks, and focus on high-impact changes that drive profit. Comment "Case Study" for a more detailed breakdown of what we did to get these results.

Amazon just changed how deals pricing works—go check your account. Some of your Lightning Deals and Best Deals may no longer be available at their normal price. Sellers are now forced to offer deeper discounts to keep their deals running. We’re seeing this across dozens of our clients at GNO Partners. Here’s what’s happening and how to adapt before it costs you more. What’s causing this? Amazon sets your Maximum Deal Price based on your WAS Price: “The 90-day median price paid by customers for the product on Amazon.” Until now, WAS Price didn’t include: • Prime Exclusive Discounts • Coupons • Other promotions Now? Amazon is starting to include them. Even stranger—this isn’t happening category-wide. We’ve seen parent ASINs with some child ASINs affected and others not. What does this mean for sellers? If you rely on deals (you should), be mindful of your actions. They could impact your entire deal strategy. • Planning to run PEDs or Coupons? Test first on low-traffic child ASINs. • Monitor for 1-3 weeks to see if your deal price is affected. • If it is, factor this in before applying to other ASINs. • If it’s not, you’re probably ok to proceed, but be aware of the risk. What can you do if your price is impacted? From what we see, waiting 30-45 days with no discounts is the only way to reset the WAS Price. If anyone has found a workaround, drop a comment! P.S. We’re hiring a Senior Brand Manager to join GNO Partners as a consultant! We’re looking for the best in class—if you’re managing an 8-figure Amazon brand, love Amazon, and are ready to work hard, this high-earning opportunity can be a good fit! DM me for more details.
