Amazon Sellers: Steal this 3-step framework to increase profits & revenue with no extra ad spend Most sellers spend hours on PPC but ignore their main image—the #2 driver of CTR and CVR. Phase 2 – Work with a Designer to Create New Images • Send the brief to your designer. • Provide feedback until the image is optimized. • Maximize white space for a clean look. • Ensure the image is mobile-friendly. Phase 3 – Test Until You Win • Use Pickfu for an initial test to identify the best variation. • Run an Amazon A/B test with the top choice. • Track CTR & CVR in PPC (Top of Search) & Search Catalog Performance. • Keep testing variations until you find the winner—then repeat. A small CTR boost can translate into huge revenue gains. This is the easiest way to grow your revenue and profits. The main image is often overlooked by many sellers we talk to. It’s interesting because it’s one of the easiest levers a seller can pull to improve their product’s performance. Many underestimate how much impact a 40%+ CTR increase can have. As your example shows, this alone can boost a product’s sales by 20-30-40%.
