March has been a standout month in our ongoing collaboration with daa at Dublin Airport. A real highlight has been the newly refurbished Arthur Guinness Bar in Terminal 1, which has quickly become a favourite among travellers. This refreshed space blends tradition with modern design, creating an immersive experience where passengers can enjoy a perfectly poured pint, surrounded by striking artwork from renowned Dublin-based artist, Aches. We were also delighted to welcome Roasted Notes to Dublin Airport Central (DAC). Known for its dedication to quality, sustainability, and exceptional flavour, Roasted Notes brings a premium coffee experience. Joining them at DAC are Urban Deli and One Globe; Urban Deli is KSG’s deli concept that truly captures the authentic experience of a NY downtown deli, and One Globe celebrates pop-up culture that embraces the spirit, essence, vitality, and excitement of an authentic culinary journey of foods from around the world. These openings mark another step forward in our partnership with DAA, as we continue to bring new energy, quality, and choice to the food and beverage offering at Dublin Airport.
