✅ Successful Taking-Over in Borsigstraße! The official acceptance of the LAB plant in Hamburg has been pronounced in February 2025 by Müllverwertung Borsigstraße GmbH (MVB). 🚀 Un nouveau défi pour LAB à Pierrefonds avec PAPREC ! Nous sommes fiers de collaborer avec Paprec Energies Opérations sur le Pôle de Valorisation des déchets des Outre-mer situé à Pierrefonds, près de Saint-Pierre sur l’île de la Réunion, pour l’établissement public Ileva Réunion. LAB va fournir l’installation de traitement des fumées du Centre de Valorisation Energétique RUN’EVA, à partir de combustibles solides de refus (CSR) de capacité de traitement de 148 000 tonnes annuelles. État d’avancement : 📅 Novembre 2024 : Début du montage, avec une présence continue sur site de LAB jusqu’en mars 2025. 🏗️ Fin 2024 : Installation de la cheminée et montage de la charpente en cours. 🎯 Mai & Juin 2025 : Livraison des derniers équipements du traitement des fumées sur site. 🔄 Objectif : Montage finalisé d’ici octobre 2025, mise en service prévue pour février 2026, et réception complète de l’usine en décembre 2026. 🤝 Ce projet est la première collaboration avec PAPREC ENERGIES et PAPREC ENGINEERING et une belle opportunité de démontrer notre capacité à fournir des solutions sur mesure et innovantes. We are proud to collaborate with PAPREC ENERGIES on the Overseas Waste Recovery Hub located in Pierrefonds, near Saint-Pierre on Réunion Island, for the public entity ILEVA. LAB will supply the flue gas treatment system for the RUN’EVA Energy Recovery Center, which will process 148,000 tonnes per year of solid recovered fuel (SRF). Project Progress: 📅 November 2024: Start of assembly, with LAB's continuous presence on-site until March 2025. 🏗️ End of 2024: Chimney installation and steel structure assembly in progress. 🎯 May & June 2025: Delivery of the last flue gas treatment equipment on-site. 🔄 Target: Final assembly completed by October 2025, commissioning in February 2026, and full plant acceptance in December 2026. 🤝 This project marks our first collaboration with PAPREC ENERGIES and PAPREC ENGINEERING, offering a great opportunity to showcase our expertise in tailor-made and innovative solutions. Inauguration réussie à Chaumont ! 🏭 Nous sommes fiers d’avoir livré deux lignes de traitement des fumées pour l'Unité de Valorisation Énergétique (UVE) de Chaumont, en partenariat avec Veolia France. 💡 Une solution performante et innovante : • Technologie sèche BicarLAB™ • Capacité de traitement : 5 tonnes/h de déchets par ligne • Débit de fumées : 30 000 Nm³/h par ligne Le #contrat entre Veolia et LAB a été signé le 15 septembre 2023 et la réception provisoire des 2 lignes a été prononcée le 26 novembre 2024, conformément aux exigences contractuelles et avec des émissions bien inférieures aux valeurs garanties. ✅ 👏 Un grand bravo aux équipes LAB, au SDED 52 et à nos partenaires pour leur professionnalisme et leur engagement. 🚀 A first in Serbia for Waste To Energy! 🌍 LAB is proud to have contributed to a major project at the Serbia's first waste-to-energy plant, located at the Vinča Resource Recovery Center in Belgrade. The first Energy-from-Waste facility in Serbia and the Balkan region, thermally treats more than half of Belgrade's municipal waste, transforming it into green heat and electricity delivered to consumers. This innovative facility fitted with a MARTIN GmbH für Umwelt- und Energietechnik grate and LAB Flue Gas Cleaning System leads to the first plant to reach European emissions standards in Serbia. Thanks to Beo Čista Energija Ltd. for their confidence in this transformative project.
