The Global UTM Association is a nonprofit based in Lausanne, Switzerland. The goals of the association are to: a. Identify actions to be taken to safely, securely and efficiently integrate Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) into national airspace systems; b. Draft and distribute an interoperability blueprint for traffic management of UAS; c. Collaborate with regulators and other stakeholders worldwide to identify standards, as well as scalable and compliant technical solutions, to the development of UAS Traffic Management (UTM) systems; d. Instigate and facilitate partnerships between manned and unmanned users of the airspace; e. And engage with other associations and groups facing similar challenges. The association is global both geographically and by activity sectors. Current members already represent 10 countries across six industries: air navigation service providers, UAS manufacturers, UAS operators, UTM software and infrastructure providers, regulatory bodies, and academic experts.

  • 🔵 🟠 Amazing news from our member Innov'ATM! 🚀 Innov’ATM has been Certified as the First French and Private European U-space Service Provider (#USSP). Innov’ATM has received USSP certification from the Direction Generale de l'Aviation Civile, following 18 months of evaluation with DGAC and EASA - European Union Aviation Safety Agency. This milestone recognizes Innov’ATM as a key player in enabling safe and scalable drone operations in Europe. This certification will notably support the deployment of the company’s DroneMed® solution, dedicated to medical drone delivery, as part of the operational rollout of U-space services.

    𝐋𝐚 𝐬𝐞́𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞́ 𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐞́𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐯𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 : 𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐝𝐮 𝐟𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫 𝐪𝐮𝐢 𝐝𝐞́𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞 🛫 Ce 27 mars, la DSAC a délivré à la société 🇫🇷 française Innov'ATM un premier certificat de prestataire de services U-space #USSP. 🇪🇺 Valable dans toute l’Union européenne, ce certificat d’un nouveau genre a été délivré après des vérifications de 18 mois menées par les experts de la DSAC, en liaison avec l’agence de l’Union européenne pour la sécurité aérienne AESA. L’entreprise a montré sa capacité à pouvoir assister les opérateurs de #drones, avec des services numériques automatisés de gestion du trafic aérien, conformément aux règles de sécurité, d’environnement et de prévention des risques cyber, y compris pour des situations complexes lorsque les vols de drones sont multiples ou télépilotés à distance hors de la vue des opérateurs. ℹ️ D’autres entreprises en France et dans l’Union se préparent également à recevoir ce certificat obligatoire pour opérer en toute sécurité avec l’ensemble des futurs autres USSP dans des espaces aériens U-space. 💡 « U-space » désigne à la fois un espace aérien pour les drones et la gestion du trafic aérien dans ces espaces.   • 💫 What a success it was! With the 1st meeting of the new 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐥 𝐀𝐯𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐀𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 on 27 March, we truly inaugurated a global platform connecting national CAAs to discuss the most relevant topics in the UTM and drone sectors. Focused on the latest 𝐆𝐔𝐓𝐌𝐀 𝐔𝐓𝐌 𝐄𝐜𝐨𝐬𝐲𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬’ 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐱 2024 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭, the meeting saw the participation of around 🔵 50 CAAs representatives from 🔵 19 different countries. 🌍 The countries represented at the meeting were Australia, Barbados, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Suriname, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States.
