Build web applications powered by your existing Excel spreadsheets
About us
EASA is the only low-code application development platform that enables organizations to automate, simplify and manage critical business processes which depend on spreadsheets or other modeling tools. EASA enables companies to blend the agility and flexibility of Excel, with the convenience and security of a low-code platform. EASA also enables the democratization of other modeling tools, so that modeling and simulation can become accessible to all who need it. EASA has a unique approach to deploying existing, Excel spreadsheet-based tools as secure, custom web applications. These apps can be deployed within a web portal for use by internal or external staff, including partners, resellers, suppliers or customers. Even sophisticated spreadsheets with VB and macros can be deployed with EASA. Common use-cases include the deployment of spreadsheets used for CPQ (configure price quote), reporting, financial analytics, engineering calculations, and many more. Your existing spreadsheet becomes the “engine” for the web app, eliminating any need to reprogram the logic into a separate solution. Updating your web applications is as easy as updating the underlying model – simply make the necessary changes within the master version and upload it to the EASA server. EASA also enables the capture of each case generated by users to either the in-built database or another database of your choice. This eliminates the proliferation of spreadsheet instances saved as flat files and enables advanced analytics and reporting. EASA facilitates integration with many third-party applications such as Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Oracle and more. EASA can be deployed on-premise or hosted in the cloud. Pricing is available on request and support is extended via phone, email and web. If your company has made a significant investment into Excel-based tools such as CPQ calculators, insurance raters, engineering or scientific calculators, then EASA is the obvious solution.

EASA has recently been featured in a Business Reporter article where Sebastian Dewhurst discusses the risks and benefits of using Excel's Copilot. While the benefits include speed, efficiency, and automation, there are also important questions around compliance and data security risks. For teams in highly regulated or technical industries, these risks can't be overlooked. Check out the full piece here: https://hubs.ly/Q03dypN50 #excelcopilot #AI #automation #spreadsheetrisk #EASA

When "multiple versions of the truth" aren’t just philosophical but an actual business problem. A recent Deloitte report of New Zealand’s public health system found that critical financial data was buried in complex Excel spreadsheets, reliant on manual processes, and difficult to consolidate stating that, "this led to multiple versions of the truth, errors, and a lack of clear visibility of required actions." An entire nation’s health department ran on a single Excel file. What could possibly go wrong? https://hubs.ly/Q03cByX70 Anyone who’s wrestled with spreadsheets knows how quickly version confusion can spiral. It’s why so many organizations are rethinking how they manage critical data. At EASA, we’ve seen firsthand how having a single, secure source of truth—without endless file versions—can make all the difference.
